Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell our Virtual HR service packages across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will identify target clients, generate leads, conduct sales meetings, and close deals with SMEs, startups, and mid-sized firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Virtual HR solutions to target clients in the UAE.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Schedule meetings with potential clients and present service offerings.
Customize service packages based on client needs and budgets.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client records and report regularly to management.
Attend business events and HR networking sessions when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, consulting, SaaS, or staffing.
Strong understanding of the UAE business market and client behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi (Arabic is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
